On the game’s character-select screen, link the email address associated with your Loftia website account. The demo’s account-linking requirement matters even if you can already play: the team warns that it cannot recover unlinked demo rewards or progress for Early Access.
If you do not have a website account yet, create one on the Loftia website first. Downloading the demo and having a Steam account are not the same as completing this link.
Complete the account connection
- Sign in to the Loftia website account you intend to keep.
- On the game’s character-select screen, use the email-linking option and enter that website account’s email address.
- Return to the website account to check your demo reward progress and claim any rewards available to you.
Follow the email-linking prompt on that screen, then sign in to the website to check the result. Do not substitute a Steam display name for the email address the linking process requests.

Demo reward furniture must be claimed through the website account connected to your game.
Check both progress and rewards
Completed quests, collected items, and character progression are planned to carry into Early Access. The linking step connects that demo activity to the website account used for rewards.
Reward eligibility and reward claiming are separate checks. For example, first entering the Player Neighborhood unlocks the Demo Banner, while the website lets you track and claim rewards. Seeing an activity completed in the game does not remove the need to check the account connection.
If linking does not complete
Contact Loftia support at support@loftia.gg if the account-linking process fails. Include the character name, the email address you are trying to connect, and the exact error message. Keep passwords and verification codes private.
Do this while you can still access the demo and its account details. Waiting for Early Access does not establish that an unlinked character will be recoverable later.
