The official Loftia Discord invite is discord.gg/loftia. You can also reach the same community through the Discord entry on Loftia's official website. This is the community recommended by the developers for talking with other players and the team.
Join the official community
Type the invite address into your browser, or open Loftia's website and choose Discord. The website's dedicated Discord page also has a Go to the Loftia Discord button. Use either official entry if you have found several similarly named communities.
Discord membership is separate from game ownership and your Loftia website account. Joining the community is not a purchase, and it does not replace linking your website account in the demo.
Discord also has a Loftia game-information page. Its Community section identifies the official server, while the game metadata and screenshots are information about Loftia rather than an additional way to buy or play it.
Choose the right place for your question
- General game questions: ask in #questions.
- Community activities: check #events for event details.
- Server downtime and hotfixes: check the latest server and update notices before troubleshooting a connection failure.
If you cannot enter the demo or a quest is blocked, check for a relevant announcement before repeating the same action. A downtime announcement and a gameplay bug need different responses.
Report a game problem with enough detail
For an issue that is not already listed, Loftia also provides a Bug Report page on its website. Account-linking problems can be sent to support@loftia.gg.
Include the quest name or exact error message, your platform, what you were doing immediately before the problem, and whether it still happens after the latest update. A screenshot of the blocked objective or error helps explain the state without requiring anyone to guess from a broad description.
